Role: Research Technician

About

Having recently graduated from Durham University with a PhD in Cell Biology and Tissue Engineering, I briefly worked as a project manager for Procter and Gamble before joining the Fibrosis Research Group in November 2016 as a research technician. I currently work with precision-cut lung slices as a model for lung fibrosis, in particular focussing on the application of such models in pre-clinical drug screening for pharmaceutical collaborators.
