Mining industries and some pesticides can be a cause of arsenic contamination; however, the most common source of human exposure is through naturally contaminated groundwater.

Symptoms of Arsenic Contamination: 

  • Dermal lesions
  • Hard patches on palms and soles of feet
  • Skin cancer
  • Bladder cancer
  • Lung Cancer
  • Peripheral vascular disease (a blood circulation disorder that causes the blood vessels outside of your heart and brain to narrow, block, or spasm)
