About

I graduated from Manchester University in 2012 studying Anatomical Sciences. Following this I started working at University of Sunderland as a Biomedical Sciences Technician. I assisted teaching of Undergraduate and Postgraduate students at the University by setting up laboratory experiments and demonstrating scientific techniques. I was also involved in taster days and work experience held at the University for Secondary and Sixth form students.

In November 2016 I became a Research Technician at NFRG, working for the commercial portion of the group: Fibrofind.

I am currently training to become a STEM ambassador to encourage and inspire young people to achieve more and progress further in science, technology, engineering and mathematics
