Collaborative Network for X-ray Spectroscopy

The Collaborative Network for X-ray Spectroscopy (CONEXS) is an EPSRC-funded network which aims to establish a UK community for X-ray spectroscopy.

CONEXS will bring together experimentalists and theoreticians working in the area of X-ray spectroscopy to achieve new levels of understanding, especially for the interpretation of experimental data.

CONEXS will share its findings through a series of conferences and summer schools, hosted by Newcastle University and Diamond Light Source, the UK's national synchotron in Didcot, Oxfordshire. Later in the project's timeline, a range of training resources will also be made available online.
