On the 30th of January, from 12.45pm to 3.30pm, will be held the Newcastle University Technicians' Network event, NU TechNet.

On this occasion, Prof Derek Mann, Director of Newcastle Fibrosis Research Group and Dean of Research and Innovation of the Faculty of Medical Sciences will give the opening talk entitled "Team-Science - how technicians got me to the top of my academic profession".
