This statement covers the storage of data in connection with the delivery of online modules and workshops and the Moodle implementation of EU Speak at eu-speak.net (the site).
You have the right to request that we remove any of your personal data at any time. We value your privacy and will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
We do not share or distribute your personal information (including email address) to any third party, but it may be accessible to administrators of the site and infrastructure, and where appropriate (e.g. assistance with login and enrolment) to partner institutions of the EU Speak project, and additionally to other registered users of the site from the content of your public profile. We may be required to share stored personal information by law.
All information that you disclose in your public profile, in forum posts, comments, or other public portions of eu-speak.net moodle site becomes public information. Your public contributions and data associated with your participation in a module will only be retained for a limited period after the close of the module or workshop to provide an overview for improvement of the course. IP addresses, URLs visited, and related information is recorded for all site visitors for the purpose of site traffic analytics and captured as part of normal operation in our server logs.
Cookies are functional, used to track logins, sessions, and collect anonymous traffic data.
If you use your Google account to authenticate yourself with this site and to access file external repositories such as Google drive, then your Google account data will be shared with Google services to allow for this functionality.
Payments for module registrations are are processed externally by LESLLA's Wild Apricot site at https://leslla.wildapricot.org/ Please refer to their privacy policy as necessary. They can be contacted at leslla.org@gmail.com with requests about data relating to payments.
