We are analysing the ‘cascade’ of uncertainty from global climate models to climate predictions on timescales and in places that are relevant to UK infrastructure owners. We have generated probability distributions of regional climate. A statistical method will be used for studying the changing probability of extreme rainfall under changing climates.
