Work Package Leaders

Leaders of each work package are responsible for setting up a working group involving representatives of each partner. The main functions of the working group for each WP are to develop detailed activity plans, under the guidance of the WP lead, according to the objectives and to ensure the completion of these activities in a timely and effective manner. They also produce the project deliverables and submit these to the PMC for review and approval.

The leaders of each WP is responsible for submitting progress reports and final reports as stipulated in the list of deliverables. Work package Leaders also report to the PMC meetings on their area of responsibility.

The nine work package leaders and their institutions are:
