RESCAP-MED is coordinated by the Institute of Health and Society, Newcastle University, UK, where the project secretariat is based.  The project is managed by a Project Management Committee (PMC) made up of representatives of each partner.  A Project Monitoring and Advisory Committee (ProMAC) meets annually, alongside the PMC.  Its membership includes senior policy-makers – in Ministries of Health, international organisations, and NGOs – who provide ethical oversight, and a forum for exchange between academics and policy makers, including assisting in dissemination to policy makers.
