Project co-ordination

Prof Peter Phillimore (Newcastle, Institute of Health and Society) is the Project Co-ordinator. He is responsible for liaison between the partners of the consortium, for monitoring the work plan, and for the fulfilment of work packages, deliverables, and milestones as agreed upon by the respective responsible partners.

He works closely with Dr Shahaduz Zaman, currently Senior Researcher on MedCHAMPS WP5, who runs the day-to-day business of RESCAP-MED.

Administrative and financial support

Newcastle University provides administrative and secretarial support, including organising consortium meetings, agendas and minutes, preparing reports and other documentation. A senior level project administrator provides dedicated project support, in addition to a part-time project secretary.

The Institute of Health and Society, Newcastle University, have a dedicated senior team providing management support. The project administrator will audit budgets being distributed to each partner of RESCAP-MED.
