6th April - Open Invite to the Launch of our NUCoRE Cyber Security & Resilience

Open invitation:

We are delighted to announce the launch of the new Newcastle University Centre of Research Excellence (NUCoRE) in Cyber Security & Resilience. This NUCoRE considers how emergent technologies have a profound and unprecedented impact on society and society’s interaction with those technologies. It follows the motto Protecting Society’s Fabric.

We’d like to offer an open invitation to join the launch event at the Catalyst, on the 6th of April 2022, 10:00-13:00 (UK time).

We welcome seasoned hands in cyber security and resilience as well as people interested in the subject in the widest sense.

The event is open to all, where we’d like to extend a special invitation to early career researchers, research associates and PhD students.

The agenda will feature a keynote of a senior representative of the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) as well as a topical panel discussion. Also check out the idea factory run in advance of the event!

The registration form also gives you the option to declare your interest to join the NUCoRE, to be included in its mailing list and published members list on the Web.

Please register for the event here.
