Repetitive Behaviour Questionnaire (RBQ): a 33-item parent questionnaire designed to measure children's repetitive behaviours. This is the original RBQ measure and was created by Dr Michelle Turner for her PhD (Cambridge University, 1995). The questionnaires below were informed by some of the items within this earlier questionnaire. It was first validated in research at Newcastle University by Honey, McConachie, Turner and Rodgers (2012)

Honey, E., McConachie, H., Turner, M., and Rodgers, J. (2012). Validation of the repetitive behaviour questionnaire for use with children with autism spectrum disorder. Research in Autism Spectrum Disorders, 6, 355-364. doi: 10.1016/j.rasd.2011.06.009.
