The ‘Interfaces in Thin-Film Photovoltaics’ workshop took place as an online event on 29th-30th March 2021. 

The workshop brought together device growth, modelling and characterisation communities to discuss state-of-the-art developments in PV interfaces, such as heterojunctions and grain boundaries.
