Staff workshops

In August/September 2022 we are offering 8 'mind management' workshops for staff focusing on wellbeing in 4 key areas:

  • Overcoming procrastination
  • Understanding imposter syndrome and how to cope
  • Sleep well, live better - evidence-based tips to get better sleep
  • Striking the balance between work and life

Each of the four workshops uses skills derived from cognitive behavioural therapy to develop an understanding of the vicious cycles we can get caught in that can keep problematic cycles of thoughts, feelings and behaviour going. They also focus on practical things you can do to change these cycles and work towards a better sense of wellbeing and balance.
