SleepyHeads
The SleepyHeads study explores sleep quality in children with cleft lip and palate and its potential impact on speech and language outcomes. There are three planned phases of this study:
1) exploratory cohort data study
2) a feasibility study investigating different measures of sleep and language in children born with cleft aged 13 months, 4 years and 6 years
3) a national longitudinal study investigating sleep as a mediating factor in speech and language outcomes
