Registration
A WebStore was operated by Newcastle University for SusTEM2017 registration. All conference delegates including presenters, poster exhibitors and attendees were required to register for the event. The registration fee (i.e. regular rate: £350 or full-time student rate: £250) covered
- attendance to all conference sessions and poster exhibition
- delegate badge
- conference proceeding
- light refreshments during breaks between oral presentations on the 28th and the 29th June
- lunch on the 28th and the 29th June
- conference dinner in the evening of the 28th June
- site tour to the ECN facility (limited space on a first-come-first-serve basis) where transport will be arranged by the Organisers
The registration fee did not cover accommodation during the event and all delegates had to make their own arrangement. See accommodation suggested by the Organising Committe.
