The organiser had reached an agreement with four accommodation providers in Alkmaar, Netherlands to reserve a number of single and/or double rooms for SusTEM2017 conference delegates.  The details of these accommodation providers were summarised as follows.  The deals were available on a first come, first served basis (which are all expired now).

The Golden Tulip Hotel in Alkmaar, Netherlands has kindly reserved 50 single rooms from 27 June 2017 for 3 nights, € 89.50 per room per night, included breakfast to accommodate SusTEM2017 conference delegates.  The rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and the deal will be closed by 30 May 2017.  More information about Golden Tulip Hotel is available online.

The Amrath Hotel in Alkmaar, Netherlands has spared 35 rooms for SusTEM2017 conference delegates, € 77.50 per room per night.  Breakfast is available for an additional cost of € 15.50 per person.  More information about the Amrath Hotel is available online.

The Grand Hotel Alkmaar has reserved 20 single and double rooms to accommodate SusTEM2017 conference delegates.  The rooms are available respectively for € 99.50 or € 112.50 per single or double room per night, including breakfast.  More information about the Grand Hotel Alkmaar is available online.  Bookings can be made by returning a completed reservation form to the Hotel by 15 May 2017.  As clearly indicated in the reservation form, cancellation terms apply.
