Yuchen Xu

Yuchen Xu is a PhD candidate of School of Tourism Management in Sun Yat-sen University. His major research interest includes food & beverage geography, the ethic of food consumption and food consumption culture. His research papers have been accepted by World Regional Studies (a top journal in China), Tourism Tribune. Yuchen Xu will undertake the research design, data collection and analysis, the ethic analysis of food consumption in the N8 Project, especially he will proceed to conduct a systematic and critical review on the consumption ethics in the near future.

Yuchen is a Research Assistant supporting the China team.
