Sustainable and Ethical Reading Group

In each of our four countries the teams met to discuss literature exploring ethical and sustainable food.  What do these concepts mean for diets, food practices, communities and food systems?  How are they situated? Is it possible to be ethical but not sustainable, and vice versa?
