If you leave your email address, you will receive confirmation of your submission and a copy of your notes. You can submit as many forms as you want over the course of the two weeks and these do not have to be in any particular order (e.g., you can input data from Wednesday followed by data from Tuesday). As long as you enter the correct date, the system will reorder the entries.
