Work package 5 is managed by Emma Stevenson and Anthony Watson with contribution from all academics and industry partners.

Academics and industry stakeholder partners will develop a design brief document based on the outcomes of work packages 1,2,3 and 4. A set of design rules will be developed following the review of the findings of these work packages. There will be a particular focus on types of protein (including protein blends) amount of protein and product type. Relevant factors linked to age will also be taken into consideration highlighting any potential differences or similarities between age-groups. The project team will meet face to face during this work package for a workshop to develop the principles of the brief.

Outcome and deliverable: this work package will summarise the findings of WP1-WP4 and result in a set of design rules for industry.
