WP5 - Quality Assurance
TU Dortmund will be in overall charge of QA, and will report to the steering committee meetings on delivery of objectives at 6-monthly intervals. A quality assurance group will be established in order to provide an independent assessment of the activities of the project as well as the progress of the project. Milestones, key results and criteria for measuring the success of the project activities will be described and agreed. Monitoring of the results will take place through the internal evaluation by the partners of the project at the annual meetings. Corrective actions will be taken if it is necessary.
