WP1 - Managment
Newcastle University will be in overall charge of project management, coordinating all aspects of the overall project. Dr Glassey has worked personally on projects with the lead staff in the partner Universities and will be responsible for liaising with them. We will establish a steering committee, chaired by Dr Glassey, with the lead staff for each partner (one vote per partner). Skype and face-to-face steering committee meetings will be held at 6-monthly intervals.
