This project aims to identify preferences for dentistry and how these fit with NHS dentistry.

This will be done from multiple stakeholder perspectives: the general public, NHS dental patients, and dental professionals

There are several objectives:

• To understand public preferences for dental care
• To examine how dental practitioners feel about the dental care they offer, and how it can be improved
• To identify how preferences can, and should, be incorporated into dental contract reform
