Jon Higgins becomes a Wellcome Trust Investigator
It was recently announced that Prof Jon Higgins has been granted a prestigious Wellcome Trust Investigator Award to study the role of histone modifications in mitosis.
The award will fund four new positions over 5 years, and will focus on how histone phosphorylation regulates the epigenetic inheritance of gene expression patterns during cell division, and on identifying new histone kinases. If you would like to join the Higgins lab, please contact us.
