The Captured programme will help you develop the personal and business skills that you need to develop your business. It does require you to commit to four 3 hour online workshops, but it is not time away from your business - it is time spent developing yourself and your business.

You will be part of a cohort of 6-8 small firms and we will pair you with a manager/mentor from a larger regional organisation after your first workshop. The majority of your Captured time will be focused on harnessing the skills and expertise of your 'manager' to help you develop a better understanding of your opportunities and needs, and how to address challenges you face in achieving your aims, but you will also have plenty of time for peer-to-peer learning.
