Max Rousseau

Max Rousseau is a researcher in Political Science at the Centre for International Cooperation in Agronomic Research for Development (CIRAD) and a member of the mixed research unit UMR CNRS 5281, known as ART-Dev (Acteurs, Ressources et Territoires dans le Développement – Actors, Resources and Territories in Development). From 2014 to 2019 he was on secondment as a lecturer and researcher at the Institut d’Aménagement et d’Urbanisme de Rabat (Rabat Institute of Urban Planning and Development) in Morocco.
