Submissions
ARECLS is an electronic journal published annually by the School of Education, Communication, and Language Sciences in the University of Newcastle, United Kingdom.
The ISSN number is 1743-159X. The aim of the journal is to publish outstanding research by current and recently graduated research students and academics in the School of Education, Communication, and Language Sciences.
One of the criteria for examiners of doctoral theses to consider is whether the thesis contains material of publishable quality.
It can, therefore, be an advantage for doctoral students to go through the process of publication before submission of their thesis in order to further develop an understanding of issues involved.
Submissions to the journal are reviewed by the Editorial Board consisting of academics and research students, using a critical process of blind peer review.
