The aim is to apply and extend the author's research by delivering a Benefits Realisation Management strategy and toolkit specifically around Open Source, through the following objectives:

1. To liaise with NHS Digital and other external stakeholders in relation to expectations around Benefits Realisation Management and open source;
2. To co-develop a toolkit for use by Apperta Foundation with potential adopters and published as a resource;
3. To deliver a BRM strategy document for Apperta Foundation.
