TraPCAf supports PSGK for World Parkinson's Day
The TraPCAf Project is set to support the Parkinson's Support Group of Kenya (PSGK) in commemorating World Parkinson's Day 2025. The community event will be taking place at the Visa Oshwal Community Centre in Nairobi on April 12th, from 10 am to 2 pm.
TraPCAf PDRA Dr. Natasha Fothergill-Misbah will be joining the event as a guest. The event will also feature exclusive screenings of two impactful short films, "Shaking Hands with the Devil" and "Uhuru", produced with the support of the TraPCAf Project team. These films provide unique perspectives and powerful storytelling on living with Parkinson’s Disease, showcasing personal journeys, resilience, and hope.
In addition to these highlights, attendees can look forward to engaging performances, informative wellness checks, and an opportunity to connect with the broader community dedicated to Parkinson's awareness and support.
