TraPCAf make great strides in Ghana
The TraPCAf team in Ghana have made great progress in their fieldwork!
The team has recently started the second phase of the South Tongu prevalence study, visiting over 300 households in a single day.
The methodology includes door-to-door screening conducted by trained local health workers. Data is gathered on village name, location, date of visit, and number of household members to estimate the number of people in several countries who have idiopathic Parkinson's disease per 100,000.
