TraPCAf attend Nairobi Dementia Conference

Earlier this month, members of the TraPCAf project attended the opening ceremony of the Brain Ageing and Dementia in LMICs 2024 conference in Nairobi, Kenya. 

The conference focused on the issue of dementia and related disorders in low and middle-income countries. 

TraPCAf team member Nijdeka Okubadejo presented at a dementia meeting during the conference, focusing on the importance of increasing diversity in Genome-wide Association Studies (GWAS).
