The External Advisory Board was a steering group which offered expert advice and oversight for the Programme. The board was made up predominately of independent members, with representatives from the voluntary sector and from families affected by transition. The External Advisory Board did not have responsibility for the Programme (this rested with the Co-applicants) however it offered advice and independent challenge to the Programme.
