What’s holding back rural business?

Rural Enterprise UK's analysis of the UK Government's Longitudinal Small Business Survey 2015 has looked in detail at the 28 per cent of responses classified as rural and found that while urban firms were most concerned about competition, their rural counterparts were more likely to feel held back by red tape.
