Rome Transformed 'Provocation' will produce 3D visualizations for each area in its main transformation phases: Early imperial (Areas 2, 6, 7, 8); Severan (Areas 2, 3, 8); Aurelian (Area 9); Constantinian (Areas 2, 3, 9); and Early Medieval (Areas 2, 3, 6, 9).

These visualizations will be used as ‘Provocations’, a way of engaging others in the process and ambiguity of interpretation through online presence and workshops. The models will be produced by Iwan Peverett, architect and Visualisation expert and an expert on large scale laser scanning and city modelling).

All 3D visualizations will be discussed and shared through the implementation of the SCIEDOC database.
