Paula Hill

I’ve spent my career working in People and Culture within the private sector, supporting leaders and teams through change and growth.
I’ve particularly enjoyed partnering with organisations during periods of change and growth. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how leadership behaviours influence culture, trust, and ways of working.
My focus has been on organisational development, culture, leadership capability, and employee experience, translating strategy into everyday people practices.
This project reflects my passion for exploring leadership that meets the needs of contemporary workplaces and the people within them.
