Emma Beavis

I have previously worked in a number of HR roles predominantly in the public sector and including time at another UK HEI.  My areas of focus have included employee relations, organisational change, reward, policy and workforce planning.   

I work full-time on the project as the work package lead for Recognition and Reward (Work package 3) alongside Marie Lomax as CoI. 

My experiences mean I am determined to design a Reward & Recognition framework which works for the context of the research culture at Newcastle.     

Outside of work, I like to take advantage of our beautiful coastline with as much walking and kayaking as the North-East weather allows!
