The randomised controlled trial will be carried out in the following three sites in the North East of England to trial the behavioural intervention against current standard practice:

• The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Freeman Hospital    
• City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust, Sunderland Royal Hospital
• Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, North Tyneside
