It is entirely up to you to decide if you want to take part.  If you choose not to, your will continue to receive the normal (standard) treatment arranged by your doctor.

If you agree to take part, you can change your mind and withdraw from the study at any time without having to give a reason.  Your future care will not be affected in any way.
