• Dr Liz O'Donnell is an experienced oral historian with a range of experience in community, archive, and higher education settings.

After a career teaching in further and higher education, Liz led a wide range of oral history projects in the North East of England, both for Northumberland Archives and as a freelancer for heritage and community organisations. She has extensive knowledge of local history, and currently chairs the North East Labour History Society.
