Harry is the engineer working to redesign the locomotives bogie. This means he is reducing the complexity by removing unnecessary components to simplify the design, this will help improve the teams performance in the maintenance challenge. As the sponsorship ambassador Harry is responsible for reaching out to companies hoping to secure vital parts, funding and assistance which without this the team would not be able to function as successfully.
