Objectives
Aim: To co-develop a pilot patient reported outcome measure (PROM) that will holistically capture the impact of no longer eating and drinking, to inform how patient care can be improved.
Objectives:
- To determine the impact of no longer eating and drinking from the perspectives of patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals, using mixed methods to inform objective 2.
- To co-develop a list of items for a pilot PROM suitable for the study population (adults who no longer eat and drink)
- To evaluate content validity of the pilot PROM using cognitive debriefing interviews and guided by the Consensus-based Standards for the selection of health Measurement Instruments (COSMIN) Framework.
