AI is one of the most rapidly growing areas both within industry and academia. This is far outstripping the number of people who are experts in the area. As such there is a great need to educate as many people as possible in the area such that we can exploit the potential of AI.

Some ways we're doing this:

Introduction to Machine Learning for Undergraduates

We are teaching a module in Machine Learning to our third year undergraduate students. This covers all of the key concepts required to become an AI citizen.

Deep Learning for Masters level students

We teach a module in Deep Learning for our MSc students. This allows us to go in-depth into the techniques of Deep Learning.

Student Projects

We offer over 20 projects each year at undergraduate and masters level in the area of machine learning. To see some examples look at the output section.

Online Tool for supporting the teaching of Machine Learning

We are developing a support tool for teaching machine learning. This provides further material, examples and tests to increase people's understanding of machine learning.

Short courses on Machine Learning and Deep Learning
