Project Summary: Human neuraminidase isoforms are implicated in many different disease pathologies, with research into small molecule inhibitors giving some insight into the structure and function of these enzymes. We hope to use chemical biology tools to find cyclic peptide binders of these enzymes and learn more about their roles in disease mechanisms.
