Project Summary: Aryl amines are often contained in drug molecules, however their synthesis using DNA-encoded chemistry is limited. This project will focus on optimising the conditions for the synthesis of DNA-encoded aryl amines via cross coupling chemistry and once this has been achieved, a small library of compounds will be produced.
