Zimmer Biomet strikes multiyear orthopedics deal in India
Zimmer Biomet ($ZBH) struck a multiyear deal with India healthcare leaders to bring better orthopedic care to the country.
The Warsaw, IN-based company will work with the Indo UK Institutes of Health (IUIH) to build Biomet Institute of India, a 30,000-square-foot medical training and education facility at a local college hospital. The facility aims to train more than 1,000 orthopedic surgeons a year on new procedures and Zimmer Biomet technology. Read mor here.
