MRHA Field Safety Notice for small (<48mm) ADEPT MoM hip resurfacings
Urgent Field Safety Notice issued last month for the Adept Hip Resurfacing System for head sizes under 48 mm due to increased revision rates.
The NJR 10th Annual Report Table 3.11 shows the estimate of the cumulative percentage probability of first revision for the ADEPT Hip Resurfacing System of 8.7 at 7 years.
