Bloomberg report on the ASR trial
Bloomberg have reported that the led surgeon designer of the ASR testified that he did not know about DePuy’s vigilance and complaint, instead handing complaints over to the marketing department. He told the court that he had been paid $3.6 million in royalties by DePuy fom the ASR with a further £20 million for work on other devices. Further information available here.
