The Doctoral Programme for Zero Emission Marine Technology is a multi-year scholarship scheme to support a large cohort of PhD students in the Marine, Offshore and Subsea Technology Group at Newcastle University.
A series of application rounds will offer PhD opportunities for exceptional candidates researching topics in:
- Decarbonisation of shipping
- Novel marine propulsion and energy efficiency technologies
- Offshore energy and renewables
- Other appropriate maritime engineering topics
The scholarships will typically cover a full stipend and tuition fees for home (UK) students OR tuition fees for international students.
