Welcome to the Image Analysis Special Interest Group!
The Image analysis special interest group aims to provide resources, expertise, and breakthrough technologies regarding image analysis to Newcastle University scientists using any imaging modality for their research. We want to act as a resource and a community for image analysis throughout Newcastle University
What the Image Analysis SIG Could do for You:
Software
- Access to software for image analysis
- Horizon scanning the market and literature for new software that could be useful for researchers
Resources
- Tutorials and reading material
- Access to computing power for image analysis
Expertise
- A group of image analysis experts to learn from and share information with
- Advice and guidance on image analysistechniques
- Training in specific image analysis modalities/software
- Opportunities for collaboration between members for complex/bespoke image analysis pipelines
